Built to dazzle and entertain, today the Château walls still echoes to the sound of royal visits, carefree holiday entertaining and togetherness of friends and family.

As the Christmas trees at the Château entrance lights up the crisp nights, we are feeling very festive at the estate, mixing up steadfast Normandy traditions with Nordic and international elements, themes and colours, proves to be the most delicious Christmas recipe to get in the holiday spirit, as the Château is dressed in her holiday best.

Few experiences are more exciting at Christmas than a horse-drawn wagon or sleigh ride, and to one day reintroduce a team of Percheron horses to the Estate would be a long lasting dream come true, and not to mention an instant mood setter for delightful Christmas dinners, brunches and much more.

Not far from the Estate is the royal Haras National du Pin, where Percherons stallions still roams, Santa Claus will take a break from making his list and checking it twice to come visit for Christmas 28th and Thursday 29th December. From 2pm guests are invited to create holiday memories, as they enjoy a Christmas show and the Santa Claus workshop. Visiting is always special but in the festive season it provides for a positively enchanting experience.
