We are excited to present the latest hot to trot addition to the Château de Fontaine collection of supermodel mares.
Sometimes we need to pinch ourselves to make sure we aren’t in a dream, and this is definitely one of those pinch yourself moments. We’re very thankful to our partner Helgstrand Dressage, for the opportunity to secure no less than three new gorgeous mares to our collection. Please meet Dreamgirl, L’Actrice VDL and Frau Ottmann, the newest members of the Château de Fontaine family.
A true dream of a mare, out of international dressage dam Fleur Rubin, bred by Grand Prix rider Hedda Droege, Germany.
In 2017 Dreamgirl proved name her by earning a victory in her very S-test, showing off her fantastic piaffe and passage.
This KWPN Elite mare is destined to take centre stage. She’s named after her Dam L'Actrice, who’s a full sister of the Swedish approved stallion L'Acteur.
L’Actrice mare earned a 9 in canter and became top-scorer at the 2016 IBOP mare testing, earning a total of 84.5 points under American Jackie Ahl-Eckhaus. She also impressed by placing third at the 2016 Dutch Warmblood 3 year old mare championships.
This modern looking mare is a true head turner, sporty yet feminine at the very same time.
At the spring 2017 Zuchtstutenprüfung, Menslage, Germany Frau Ottmann scored a 7 in free jumping, an 8.5 in walk and no less than 4 nines in trot, canter and rideability ending up with a final score of 8.46.
